Smith is new BSCA Chair

January 10, 2023

As many will be aware, Nathan Hilton is about to take up a new post with British Swimming, in which we wish him every success. He has therefore decided to step down from the position of BSCA Chair and we thank him for his support & the work he has done with us.

However, every cloud has a silver lining and the Association is pleased to announce Glenn Smith as it’s new Chair working alongside Mark Rose who continues as vice Chair. Glenn has enjoyed much success working within the Nova Centurion system, producing numerous Para Champions over many many years. He retired at the end of 2022 & is now taking on new challenges.

The BSCA are lucky to have two such distinguished coaches leading the Board & directing our efforts.

So good luck to both Nathan & Glenn 👍
