The attached information and recommendations are provided in an attempt to help our membership and their charges stay active and fit during the enforced closure.

The BSCA recommends that members follow the guidance as recently produced by Swim England (https://www.swimming.org/swimengland/criteria-land-work-home-coronavirus-outbreak/) when distributing or promoting such.

However as such will be practiced away from professional sight, members carry this out at their own risk and therefore BSCA Ltd cannot be held liable for any injury which may occur as a result.
