BSCA Form Coach Education Advisory Group

May 29, 2024

As part of its ongoing evolution, the BSCA has formed the Coach Education Advisory Group (CEAG). This group has been set up to consider what CPD is required to compliment NGB certification courses and the training, support and development needs of BSCA members. The group, chaired by Northampton’s Director of Coaching, Andy Sharp, includes practicing coaches at various levels of the sport, who also tutor, mentor and have a wide range of experience. The group will consider the future role of Coach Out of Water (COOW) and BSCA events such as Regional & National Conferences, workshops and clinics.

Expect exciting ideas in the months ahead.

Should you have any views, thoughts or ideas that you would like the CEAG to consider, please forward to us at info@gbswimcoaches.co.uk FAO: CEAG
