The Royal Wolverhampton School Swimming Club (RWSSC) has an opportunity for an experienced Head Performance Coach.
The Head Coach is responsible for the operation of the swimming teams including recruiting, budgeting, communicating with parents, and coaching swimmers to achieve their personal best.
The candidate will provide coaching for swimmers on the RWS Elite Swimming Squad and direction to all other RWS Squads (National Development Squad and Academy), enabling the progression of swimmers from development to elite performance level.
