New-look BSCA website!

May 20, 2024

Welcome to the new-look website for the British Swimming Coaches Association.

We’ve been working behind the scenes for the last few months to upgrade the look and feel of the site so that we can bring more news, jobs, education and resources to support the British Swimming Coaches community.

The launch today is our first step to enhancing the online offering so look out for further improvements to come in the weeks and months ahead.

Existing members – logging in

We’ve moved across to an entirely new content management system and so our existing users will require new passwords to login.  During the course of the next few days we will issue password reset emails to all of our registered account holders to the email address previously held on file.

These emails can sometimes be routed to spam folders so please check for a message from BSCA to enable you to set your password and gain access to your site account. Subscription payments will continue to be collected via the GoCardless mandates already created.

Member profiles are not yet available to view, however, users can complete their profiles in their user account ready for when this functionality becomes available.

For our international members we are looking to integrate your payment plans onto the GoCardless platform, away from Stripe. We will contact those members directly to work through this change.

We hope you enjoy the changes to the website and if you have an queries about access to your account or membership please email us at info@gbswimcoaches.co.uk or membership@gbswimcoaches.co.uk
