Arcadia School, Dubai is looking to appoint a Head of Aquatics to join their team in August 2024. The ideal candidate will be a graduate who is an experienced coach, has competed at a high level in swimming, enjoys leading and working as part of a team, and is keen to continue to drive the swimming program and sporting reputation of Arcadia forward. The successful candidate will plan and lead on Curriculum Swimming across Primary and Secondary, be responsible for the monitoring and assessment of students’ attainment and progress, run performance squads before and after school and organise teams for competitions.
The ideal Candidate will have:
· A minimum of a Level 2 swimming qualification (or equivalent) is required.
· A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· Lifeguard or Swim Rescue Award is preferred.
– Experience at organising competitions.
· Excellent command in English language
