The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Leadership, to help shape and drive the delivery of our joint vision for club and school
  • Skill, enthusiasm, and commitment, to grow a 100+ young club membership into a thriving, competitive squad, and to attract and nurture talent to build the school academy
  • Engagement and inspiration, always positively looking for improvement and striking the right balance between performance and enjoyment
  • Qualifications: Swim England Swimming Coach or Senior Swimming Coach Certificate ASA Level 2 or Level 3 Coaching Award), although finding the right person for our partnership is what matters most so we welcome interest from all applicants keen to develop with us.
