Bradley Hay (Stirling University Performance)

Our final winner of the week is Bradley Hay, Stirling University Performance for the outstanding performances of Angharad Evans with a British Record in the 100 Breast and phenomenal performances over the GB Championships.

Saturday 19th April 2025

Patrick Miley – University of Aberdeen Performance Programme

Patrick Miley of the University of Aberdeen Performance Programme is our Day 5 Coach of the Day Winner for his work with Faye Rodgers City of Aberdeen SC who broke the Para European record for the S10 100m Butterfly twice in one day and the Para British Record S10 200m IM record.

Chris Lee – Plymouth Leander

Today’s winner is Chris Lee from Plymouth Leander, for the development of 18 year old Jack Brown who in the men’s 100 fly came 2nd in 51.87 seconds, just 0.07 behind the winner.

Gary Humpage – University of Birmingham Swim Team

Our Coach of the Day is Gary Humpage from University of Birmingham swim team following the outstanding performance of Ollie Morgan in the men’s 100 Back yesterday recording a winning time of 52.12, a WCQ standard & a fantastic British Record – well done Gary 👏🏼

The award was presented by GB National Coach, Steve Tigg.

 

Wednesday 16th April 2025

Dave Hemmings – Loughborough National Performance Centre

Our winner is Dave Hemmings from Loughborough National Performance Centre for the performances of Abbie Wood & Max Litchfield winning their 400 IM in World Championship Qualifying times and Freya Colbert in the same event, coming second inside the WC Consideration time.

Ryan Livingstone – AquaticsGB Manchester Performance Centre

Our first BSCA Arena Coach of the Day award at the 2025 AquaticsGB Swimming Championships goes to Ryan Livingstone (AquaticsGB Manchester Performance Centre).

In recognition of the performance of James Guy in 400 Free recording 3:46.64 (915 WA points) but also performances of Emily Richards & Leah Schlosshan.
